Job Description and Responsibilities
The Client Care Benefits Analyst will support the day-to-day activities of Visa's benefit programs for Colombia. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of benefits project management, administration and compliance. This individual will collaborate closely with other members of the Benefits team, along with members of other HR areas, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Technical Governance and Corporate Services. They will also work closely with our third-party administrators and consultants.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the various benefit plans offered to employees in the Colombia (e.g., medical, dental, vision, life, wellness, education reimbursement, etc.)
Demonstrating strong project management skills: Providing program owners with proactive support and on-time deliverables
Providing accurate and timely operational support, including data reconciliation with payroll and benefit administrators and payment of invoices from third party benefit providers
Identifying ways to continuously improve operational processes including but not limited to the activities listed above
Collaborating with the People Solutions team, equipping them to respond to employee inquiries and conducting ongoing benefit plan education
Developing content for benefits communications and maintaining benefit plan web content
Resolving escalated employee issues promptly and effectively
Building and maintaining successful relationships with benefits vendors and brokers
Assisting in benefits benchmarking exercise as needed
Supporting the set-up of new countries’ benefits administration process, as needed
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
•2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced
Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
•3 - 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of
work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Knowledge of Colombian labor law
•Bilingual (Spanish and English)
•Strong analytic and risk analysis skills
•High degree of flexibility and ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
•Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
•Strong project management skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Desire to work with others in a team atmosphere
•Ability to produce in a fast-paced working environment
•Proficiency with Word, Excel, experience with Workday a plus
•Knowledge benefits management tools (e.g. from Mercer/AON/WTW) highly
desirable
